Why do we need to collect your personal data?
As a potential employer, the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006 require you to prove to us that you have the right to work in the UK. We also have a legitimate interest in processing your personal data in order to progress your application.
How long do we keep your personal data?
If your application is successful you will enter into an employment contract at which point you will be notified about how your personal data will be processed as an employee.
If your application is not successful we will keep your personal data in our talent bank so that we can contact you about future employment opportunities providing that you have agreed to this, and this information will be kept for no longer than six months.
Who do we share your information with?
We only share your personal data with Workable, a third party service provider who supply us with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The data supplied is stored in a cloud based system which is managed and operated by Workable. They will not use your data for any purposes.
Is your personal data processed outside of the UK or EU countries?
Is any "profiling" performed using your personal data?
Yes, we may use data that you provide to evaluate your suitability for the position that you are applying for. Questions used to make an automated decision are limited to only ‘yes’ and ‘no’ responses This may include some simple checks to ensure that you have the necessary skills and experience, which will be defined as mandatory requirements in the job description. If your application is rejected you have the right to request a review of the decision.
